Meet Bo Pollard

    Originally from Virginia, Bo moved to Colorado after graduating college with a degree in Industrial Design. An avid snowboarder, Bo grew up playing sports and also worked as a fitness professional.

    “I’ve travelled through Europe and worked for a period of time in China in Industrial Design. What I realized is that I kept gravitating towards helping people.”

    “Real estate was just a great fit for me in terms of helping clients realize their goal of home ownership. It’s extremely satisfying to get to know my clients, build a trusted relationship, and help them get into a new home.”

    Bo focuses on helping his clients find the home that’s a good fit in terms of their current needs but also with an eye towards the future.

    “If I’m working with a young couple, then I like to get them thinking about what they need now, but also consider how much room they have to grow in a particular home so that it’s still a good fit several years from now. This is a long-term investment.”

    In terms of service, he’s willing to go to great lengths to show a client a home. It also helps that he’s part of a dedicated team of realtors.

    “Because we work as a team, it allows us to support one another to accommodate a client’s schedule to see a home. And we use that to our buyers’ advantage so that they will be one of the first people to see a home and beat the crowd.”

    “I’ve met clients at 4 am to show them a house. Last year, I showed a home during the Super Bowl to make sure our buyer had an opportunity to see it.”
