Originally from North Carolina, Matt graduated from Appalachian State and then moved to Denver because of the active lifestyle, energy.
“Growing up, I was always interested in sports, and at one point, worked in the fitness industry. My epiphany was that what I liked was helping people set and achieve goals. About the same time, I also bought my first rental property and became interested in real estate.”

In many real estate offices, the agents often work independently – they’re essentially a one-person business and an assistant, explains Matt.
“That can be limiting in terms of how quickly you see a home because you’re subject to the agent’s schedule. That can be the difference between getting an offer in on a particular property or missing out.”
